Release Form

When you arrive, you will need to sign the following release form to be able to use the course.

Release form for use of the Canine Confidence Course:

**If you enter the property, you assume all risk to you, your dog and any children you bring with you and you agree to abide by all the rules.

Use of the canine confidence course is completely at your own risk!

Fencing, if any, may not be secure.

Supervision/control of your dog(s) is solely your responsibility while on the property. All dogs must remain leashed or otherwise safely contained.

CHILDREN:
-Must NOT get on, in, or under ANY obstacle!
-Must stay by your side or in your vehicle when you are not on the course and within the course boundaries or in a stationary place within your view when you are on the course.
-Should not be the ‘spotter’/helper for the dog on any obstacle where the dog could take a misstep and get hurt.
– Supervision/control of your child/children is solely your responsibility while on the property.

There are no bathroom facilities for use by visitors to the property.

ALL OBSTACLES ARE OPTIONAL! If you are not comfortable with anything for any reason, you may skip doing it. This could affect completion of a level.
